The Antelope Foundation (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website antelopefoundation.com. We are a nonprofit organization, and we keep our data practices deliberately minimal. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the third parties involved.

This document is provided for transparency and is not legal advice. The Foundation intends to have counsel review these policies before launch.

Information you provide

• Contact form submissions: your name, email address, and message content when you use our contact form.

Information collected automatically

• Basic analytics (only if enabled): aggregate, non-identifying usage information such as page views. Analytics are disabled by default.

We do not collect payment information. Donations are made entirely on GoFundMe (see “Third parties” below).

How We Use Your Information

• To read and respond to inquiries you send us.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used (if analytics are enabled).

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Third Parties

We rely on a small number of service providers. Your interactions with them are governed by their own privacy policies:

• GoFundMe — all donations are processed entirely on GoFundMe; the Foundation never receives your payment details. See the GoFundMe Privacy Notice.
• Cloudflare — website hosting and content delivery (Cloudflare Privacy Policy).
• Brevo — transactional email, used only if email auto-replies are enabled (Brevo Privacy Policy).
• Cloudflare Turnstile — anti-spam protection on the contact form, used only if enabled (Cloudflare Privacy Policy).

Data Retention

We retain contact-form messages only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and keep reasonable records, after which they are deleted.

Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information you have sent us by emailing the address below.
