Our Statement of Purpose
The Antelope Foundation is organized exclusively for charitable, educational, and philanthropic purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The corporation's purpose is to support individuals and communities impacted by poverty, incarceration, economic hardship, and social displacement through workforce development, artistic and cultural programming, educational initiatives, community-based support services, and grantmaking activities. The corporation may provide training, mentorship, creative opportunities, financial assistance, and micro-grants in furtherance of its charitable mission.
